Shipping Policy – MitsyMay Jewellery

Handmade to Order

Every piece of MitsyMay Jewellery is handcrafted by hand at my workbench in the Forest of Dean. Because of this, please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be made and prepared before it is dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is on its way.

If you need an item by a specific date, please get in touch before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate you.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked signed for. Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

  • Standard: 3-4 working days

  • Express/Next Day: [2 working day] (if offered)

Shipping costs:

  • Standard: Always free

  • Express: £12.99

International Shipping

International orders are sent via [Royal Mail International Tracked / other service]. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Europe: 3-5 working days

  • Rest of World: 5-7 working days

International shipping costs: calculated at checkout

Please note that customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply upon delivery. MitsyMay Jewellery has no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully presented, ready for gifting or treating yourself.

Lost or Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact me at mitsymayjewellery@ outlook.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date. I will do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that once an order has been handed to Royal Mail, I cannot be held responsible for delays outside of my control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
