Have you ever wanted to make your own jewellery from scratch? In this hands-on evening workshop, I will guide you through the ancient art of lost wax casting, and you will leave with a completely unique, one of a kind pendant that you have made yourself.
No experience is needed. I will take care of everything.
What you will learn
Over the course of the evening I will walk you through the history of lost wax casting before we get stuck in. You will learn how to file, melt and carve wax, and how to attach wax to wax as you bring your pendant design to life.
What is included
All equipment is provided on the night. Your pendant will be cast in brass as part of the price, with silver and gold available at an additional cost. A brass chain is also included. Please note that casting finishing is completed separately after the workshop, and your finished pendant will be posted out to you once ready.
